This is where the project begins to come alive. We begin by designing wireframes and compositions. A development plan is also written to chart the road ahead.
UI/UX Design
Drawing on our research and collaboration, we create graphical mock ups of the key template pages on your site. We iterate on the designs until the project goals are met and the client is happy with the design.
Development of the System
prototype sprint kicks off this part of the process. We build the hardest features first, then flush out the rest of the site. We review active projects on a week-to-week basis and make changes to the development plan as needed.
Quality Assurance & Testing

Content Population & Migration
As the last stage before system deployment, we will help in populating the initial content within the CMS of the system, and in case there was old data in your old website or application we will create the mechanism to handle content migration.
Staff Training
Your staff will have complete training, to be able to administer the system and moderate the content in an efficient way, so you don’t have to wait for any assistance from our side.
Hosting & Launching
Preparing the production environment, and deploying the system to a high availability cloud happens in this phase, after that, your system will be publicly visible and able to handle high demand at all times.
