Full Stack NextJS Developer

We are looking for a Full Time NextJS  Full Stack Developer in Amman, Jordan.

You will be responsible of building scalable, high-performance NextJS web applications.

This position requires an bright person capable of operating with minimal supervision, ability to work on individual pieces of code and solve problems including the design and program flow utilizing effective coding techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js
• Build scalable backend APIs and services
• Integrate third-party services and APIs
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Debug existing apps components, fix issues and avoid regressions.
• Collaborate closely with the teams of UI/UX designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers.
• Participate in software architecture, design discussions and code reviews.
• Optimize application for maximum speed, SEO and scalability.
• Follow the company guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related discipline (Mandatory).
• Strong experience with NextJS  and React at least 1 year (Mandatory).
• Solid experience with Node.js
• Experience with REST APIs and JSONAPI
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with Git and modern development workflows
• Understanding of SSR, SSG, and SEO best practices in Next.js
• Ability to write a clean and optimized code (Mandatory).
• Good knowledge in Agile/SCRUM is a plus.
• Good knowledge in any open-source CMS is a plus.
