We are looking for a Full Time Odoo Full-Stack Developer.

We are looking for a highly skilled Odoo Full Stack Developer to lead the design, custom development, module integration, and performance optimization of our enterprise system. In this role, you will be responsible for building robust backend logic, crafting intuitive user interfaces, managing PostgreSQL database architecture, and integrating third-party systems to streamline business operations and deliver high-performance applications.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Custom Module Development: Design, code, and deploy custom Odoo modules and business workflows from scratch utilizing Python, XML, JavaScript, and the QWeb rendering engine.
  • Full Stack Architecture: Build seamless integrations between backend business logic (Python/ORM) and frontend user interfaces (OWL framework/JS/CSS) to ensure a high-performing, responsive user experience.
  • System Integration & APIs: Architect and maintain secure RESTful and XML-RPC APIs to integrate Odoo seamlessly with external systems, third-party applications, and payment gateways.
  • Database & Performance Tuning: Manage, optimize, and write complex queries for PostgreSQL databases to maintain system stability, security, and high performance as data scales.
  • Upgrades & Migrations: Lead data migrations, module upgrades, and version transitions, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and complete code compatibility.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Conduct system audits, code reviews, and debugging to resolve performance bottlenecks, bug reports, and operational issues.


Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (Mandatory).
  • Language Proficiency: English proficiency is a must. Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on professional experience in Odoo full stack custom development and architecture.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Odoo's OWL framework.
  • Framework Knowledge: Deep technical understanding of the core Odoo framework (ORM, QWeb, inheritance models, security rules, and workflows).
  • Version Control & DevOps: Strong experience with Git, continuous integration, Docker, and Linux/Unix server environments.
  • Problem Solving & Quality: Exceptional analytical skills with high standards for clean code writing, data integrity, and system performance.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to KSA as needed; business/work visa will be provided. A valid Jordanian passport is required.
