We are looking for a Full Time Marketing & Sales Specialist in Amman, Jordan.

Coders is seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of marketing and sales expertise, experience in the tech industry, and a proven track record of developing effective campaigns and securing deals. You will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives and client acquisition efforts.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing & sales plans to achieve and exceed company targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Coders’ services and enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Contact prospective clients through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate Coders’ services to potential clients effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and outcomes.
  • Help with creating content for digital platforms, including website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other team members to execute marketing projects.
  • Plan and execute events, webinars, or other promotional activities to engage with target audiences.
  • Monitor competitors’ marketing activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline (Mandatory).
  • English proficiency is a must.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or software development industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing deals.
  • Strong understanding of technology solutions, software development, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi and GCC markets, with relevant experience in those regions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
