We are looking for a Full Time Software Quality Assurance Engineer in Amman, Jordan.

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of multi-platform apps for iOS and Android. The primary focus will be on developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with the development team to ensure high-scale production mobile apps meet the highest quality standards.

This position requires a meticulous individual capable of operating with minimal supervision, possessing a keen eye for detail, and an ability to systematically identify and solve problems through effective testing techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, and acceptance testing.
• Maintain and enhance automated test scripts.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and best practices.
• Participate in software design reviews and provide input from a QA perspective.
• Optimize test processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related discipline (Mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience with mobile app testing on both Android and iOS platforms.
• Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Ability to write and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies is a plus.
• Basic understanding of programming languages is a plus.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
