We are looking for a Full Time Project Coordinator in Amman, Jordan.

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of various web and mobile app development projects. You will work closely with management, development team, and clients to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high quality.

This position requires an bright person capable of operating with minimal supervision, ability to understand basic principles of coding for web and mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of projects.
• Collaborate closely with the teams of UI/UX designers, PMs, QAs, and other developers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Track project progress, timelines, and report on any deviations.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
• Facilitate communication between clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and status reports.
• Help identify project risks and work with the team to mitigate them.
• Support the quality assurance process to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Participate in software architecture, design discussions and code reviews.
• Follow the company guidelines and best practices.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science or related discipline (Mandatory).
• Fluent in English (Mandatory).
• Familiarity with web and mobile app development processes..
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
